Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of order confirmation. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.
  • Items not eligible for return or refund:
    • Used or damaged items
    • Items with missing parts or packaging damage caused by the customer

  2. We will provide the specific return shipping address via email. Do not send items back to the original shipping address.
  3. After shipping, please keep your tracking number for reference.

Return Time & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed in full and no return handling fee will be charged.

Shipping Costs

  • The shipping cost for returning or exchanging items is borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
  • The exchange process follows the same steps as the return process. Please contact us via email to receive the designated shipping address.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
