Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During processing, a customer service representative may contact you to verify your order and billing information.
  • If we cannot reach you, your shipment may be delayed. To avoid delays, please ensure that all checkout information is accurate and up to date.

Customs, Holidays & Delays

  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, national or local holidays, flight disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Currently, all shipments are within the US continental states; therefore, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
  • If international shipping becomes available in the future, any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Inspecting Your Order Upon Arrival

  • If your order is shipped via freight or parcel carrier, please carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery.
  • Check the following:
    1. The item received matches the item ordered.
    2. Packaging shows no damage beyond normal wear and tear during transit.
  • If the package and item are correct and in good condition, please sign for the package.
  • If the item is incorrect, damaged, or the packaging shows excessive damage, refuse delivery and immediately contact our customer service team at +1 (208) 977-4890 for instructions.
  • Following our instructions will help us process a replacement or correction efficiently.
